Event-Based Captures (Video)

Event-Based Captures starting at $500.00

Event-based video captures are defined as capturing special events, both personal (private) and business events. This service does not include video editing.

The service experience includes:

  • The capturing of b-roll video footage and main event presentations of at the client’s event (max 3 hrs).

  • Processed video clips for video editing (video editing is a separate service).

  • Digital delivery of video captures that include b-roll of no less than 30-40 (10-second*) b-roll clips and/or main event presentations.


  • *B-roll clips and the capture of content vary at the client’s event. The videographer will capture the activities at the event that will highlight the event overall.

Video Editing

Editing Solutions starting at $400.00

Short-Form Video (Tier 1)

Short-form videos are videos that:

  • are videos between 30 and 60 seconds. Videos in this tier are a maximum of 2 minutes.

  • Edits from concept to completion include color grading and audio mixing. Light graphics are added to enhance the look and feel of the overall video.

  • Music is created or obtained for overall video production exclusively for the client’s video.

  • 1 round of revisions.

  • Video delivered as a high-res MP4 (video) for social and mobile video.

Medium-Form Video (Tier 2)

Medium-form videos are videos that:

  • are videos between 2 minutes to 5 minutes. Videos in this tier are a maximum of 5 minutes.

  • Edits from concept to completion include color grading and audio mixing. Graphics are added to enhance the look and feel of the overall video.

  • Music is created or obtained for overall video production exclusively for the client’s video.

  • 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Video delivered as a high-res MP4/MOV (video) for social and mobile video.

Long-Form Video (Tier 3)

Long-form videos are videos that:

  • are videos between 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Videos in this tier are a maximum of 20 minutes. Videos can be longer however additional minutes incur additional editing time.

  • Edits from concept to completion include color grading and audio mixing. Graphics are added to enhance the look and feel of the overall video.

  • 3 rounds of revisions.

  • Music is created or obtained for overall video production exclusively for the client’s video.

  • Video delivered as a high-res MP4/MOV (video) for social and mobile video. DVDs can also be created for physical delivery.
